📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide product knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor new Sales Consultants to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and customer feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
