Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate benefits and compensation programs,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English,Familiarity with HR information systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
