In this role, you will be using industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and TestRail to manage and execute your testing processes. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Additionally, you will be involved in the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes to ensure that we are always delivering the best possible software to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts using industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and TestRail.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve software defects.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that software meets quality standards and requirements.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality assurance processes.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the status of quality assurance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with industry-standard testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and TestRail.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in ISTQB or a related field is a plus.
