📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.,Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services.,Provide technical support and training to junior staff.,Monitor maintenance costs and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and technical roles.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management software and tools.,Proven ability to manage and supervise maintenance teams.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.
