Toko Elektronik Gilang Coffee is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage the budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing a team and leading by example.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
