📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee performance.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and labor laws.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to employment, benefits, and workplace safety.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
