📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food items as needed.
  • Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the culinary operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
