📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize kitchen efficiency.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
