Urban Fresh Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting the production team, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the production line, including setup and breakdown procedures.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards.,Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.,Support the production team in implementing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Proficient in using basic computer software and familiar with Microsoft Office.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
