📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, including merchandise planning, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager and regional management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive store initiatives and improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as POS systems, inventory management systems, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
