📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and incorporate new ideas into your work.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and other specialty coffee preparations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
