As a BOM Assistant Officer, you will work closely with our experienced engineers and production managers to create, update, and maintain accurate BOMs using industry-standard tools like SAP and AutoCAD. Your daily tasks will involve data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure that our BOMs are always up-to-date and reflect the latest changes in our production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create, update, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) using SAP and AutoCAD
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of BOMs to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers and production managers to gather and analyze data to support BOM management
• Assist in the implementation of new BOM management processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide training and support to junior staff on BOM management practices and procedures
• Maintain and update BOM documentation and records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on BOM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to BOM management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BOM management or a related role in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Proficient in using SAP and AutoCAD for BOM management
• Strong knowledge of BOM management principles, practices, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus
