📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring efficient workflow.,Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Train and develop new kitchen staff.,Assist in creating and updating the kitchen schedule.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
