📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations activities.,Support the operations manager in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of operational tasks.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Support the operations team in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
