📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of senior engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to ensure continuous skill growth.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and quality assurance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance development processes.
• Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Lead or Tech Lead in software development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
