📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network security and data backup systems.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
