Procurement Staff - Immediate

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
