This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Raya, Indonesia, with a competitive salary package of IDR 12,000,000 - 25,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our tech and education products.
• Drive market growth and customer acquisition through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage the product's brand identity and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and product teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on tech or education products.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
