As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.,Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to management.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.,Monitor and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions recommended from previous audits.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and other staff on internal control procedures.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
