📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and increase sales.,Record and update customer information in our CRM system.,Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.,Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries.,Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.,Attend regular training sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
