📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in data entry and maintenance using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Support the accounting team by preparing and organizing financial documents.
• Help with the coordination of meetings and events for the department.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Support the merchandising team by organizing product displays and inventory.
• Help with the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and other financial transactions.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating company records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
