📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to resolve any issues related to inventory management.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions to address any identified discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory management processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of inventory management processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory auditing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
