📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive academic programs aligned with national and international educational standards.
• Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the students and industry demands.
• Evaluate and monitor faculty performance, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the academic programs are responsive to community needs.
• Monitor student progress and success, implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay abreast of educational trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge into our academic programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of academic leaders to ensure high standards of education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field, preferably with a focus on educational leadership.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in academic leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of national and international educational standards and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using educational management software such as PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, or similar tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
