📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems using SAP and JDA.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations and distribution.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDA software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
