📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and accuracy.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds (23 kg).,High school diploma or equivalent experience required.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
