📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
• Manage guest reservations and confirmations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrival.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, following standard housekeeping protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and guests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, SIR, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, including compliance with local labor laws.
• Previous experience in luxury or high-end hospitality is a plus.
