In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our hotels across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are meticulously cleaned and prepared for the next guests. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and detergents to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Inspect rooms and areas regularly to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking and organizing cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and detergents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
