📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee HR compliance and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and recruitment.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Lever.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
