🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading production teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Proficiency in using production management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
