📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain a variety of material handling equipment including forklifts, cranes, and conveyor systems.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and personnel within the facility.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that materials are moved and stored efficiently and safely.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator MHE or similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license for forklift operation.
• Certification in material handling equipment operation and safety (e.g., OSHA, SHEQ, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment, including forklifts, cranes, and conveyor systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease and precision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
