📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate picket boats to assist in loading and unloading cargo from vessels.
• Ensure safe and efficient movement of goods within the port.
• Assist in the berthing and unberthing of vessels as needed.
• Monitor cargo operations to ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain and service picket boats, including conducting regular inspections and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with port staff and vessel crews to coordinate operations.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and port operational guidelines.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Picket Boat Operator or similar role in maritime logistics or port operations.
• Valid certification as a Picket Boat Operator or equivalent.
• Proficient in operating picket boats and other small vessels.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and port operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Familiarity with port equipment and tools, such as cranes and winches.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
